Fujitsu Singapore is seeking a senior delivery leader who blends Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Transition Manager responsibilities. You will ensure initiatives are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed service outcomes across application and infrastructure domains.

You will lead cross-functional teams including development, cloud, networks and security, applying Agile and ITIL governance while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience with complex projects and service delivery / transitions.
• Strong applications background across delivery and support lifecycle.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud domains, including security and disaster recovery.
• Professional certs in Agile/Scrum, PMP, and ITIL are preferred.
• Proven stakeholder, vendor and executive governance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams across app development, cloud, infrastructure, network, security, service desk, vendors and customers.
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices while integrating project governance and ITIL controls.
• Manage application workstreams: release readiness, deployment, integration, data migration, testing and support-model design.

The role combines Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Transition Manager responsibilities to ensure initiatives are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed service outcomes across both application and infrastructure domains.

Responsibilites

• Perform Project Manager duties, including defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, quality controls and reporting.
• Perform Service Delivery Manager duties by overseeing service performance, service-level commitments, customer satisfaction, operational governance and continual service improvement.
• Perform Transition Manager duties by coordinating knowledge transfer, operational readiness, acceptance criteria, cutover, stabilisation and handover to business-as-usual support.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving application development and support, cloud, infrastructure, network, security, service desk, vendors and customer stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices where appropriate while integrating project governance, ITIL service-management controls and organisational standards.
• Manage application-related workstreams such as release readiness, deployment, integration, data migration, testing, support-model design and application lifecycle considerations.
• Ensure security, compliance, architecture, financial and contractual requirements are addressed throughout delivery and transition.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders, communicate progress transparently and manage expectations through change.
• Identify transformation opportunities that improve service quality, automation, cost efficiency, scalability and user experience.

Experience/ Skillsets

• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including substantial experience leading complex application and infrastructure projects, service delivery, transitions or transformations.
• Strong applications background across the delivery and support lifecycle, including development, testing, integration, release, deployment, maintenance and modernisation.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure and cloud domains, including hosting, networks, security, environments, monitoring, resilience and disaster recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Transition Manager capacities across concurrent or integrated workstreams.
• Professional certification in Agile or Scrum, Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholders, customers, vendors, multidisciplinary teams and executive-level governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid delivery environments that combine predictive project controls with Agile ways of working.
