Job summary

Our client in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a major construction project, from pre-construction to handover. You will drive safety, quality, programme, cost, and contractual obligations while leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve on-time delivery and compliance with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
• 15–20 years of relevant construction experience incl. senior site leadership.
• Proven track record delivering at least two large-scale projects > S$300 million each.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, execution and delivery of the assigned construction project.
• Manage project teams including PMs, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, methodologies, and delivery programmes.
