Job summary

megamind consulting pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant to support a strategic Fusion Cloud managed-services engagement for a maritime and industrial client in Singapore.

You will be a senior technical resource across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, OIC and EPM, interfacing between business/IT stakeholders and the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 13–15 years of Oracle experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Design, develop and support complex OIC integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM.
• Experience integrating Fusion Cloud with enterprise apps.
• Solid knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, WSDL, adapters, orchestration, error handling and monitoring.
• Experience in AMS / managed-services / production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to engage with client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with distributed/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, troubleshoot and enhance 50+ OIC integrations across ERP/SCM and third-party systems.
• Design and develop integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services, adapters and file-based orchestration.
• Investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions with business/IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate between client team and offshore delivery team.
• Review scope, coordinate delivery, and ensure quality and timelines.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates and assess impact on integrations.
• Support Oracle Redwood UI migration related requirements.
• Maintain technical docs and runbooks.
• Ensure SLAs and change-management compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and maintainability.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant to join our organisation and support a strategic Oracle Fusion Cloud managed-services engagement for a leading Singapore-headquartered maritime and industrial client.

The consultant will act as a senior technical resource across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and EPM, and will serve as a key technical interface between the client’s business/IT stakeholders and the broader delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, troubleshoot and enhance 50+ Oracle Integration Cloud integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM and third-party systems.
• Design and develop integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP services, ERP/SCM adapters, file-based integrations and orchestration.
• Investigate integration failures, perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
• Work directly with the client’s business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as the primary technical coordination point between the client team and our offshore delivery team.
• Review requirements, clarify scope, coordinate delivery and ensure quality and timelines.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates and assess their impact on integrations and configurations.
• Support integration-related requirements arising from the ongoing Oracle Redwood UI migration.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, incident-management and change-management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Provide technical input into future Oracle Cloud initiatives and platform-modernisation opportunities.

Requirements

• Approximately 13–15 years of relevant Oracle experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong experience designing, developing and supporting complex OIC integrations.
• Good technical and business‑process understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, WSDL, Oracle Fusion adapters, orchestration, error handling and monitoring.
• Experience in an AMS / managed-services / production-support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to independently engage with client stakeholders.
• Strong communication and requirement‑gathering skills.
• Experience working with distributed and offshore technical teams.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Oracle EPM – FCCS.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
• Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI migration.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud AI / AI Agents.
• Experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, industrial or manufacturing environments.
