Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead in Singapore to drive end-to-end AI and technology initiatives for a local MNC bank. You will oversee scope, budget, and timelines, lead pre-approval activities, and coordinate across business and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with Minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement, vendor management, and delivery governance.
• Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives, ensuring timely execution within approved scope, budget, and timeline.
• Drive pre-approval activities, including business case development, funding proposals, project sizing, resource planning, and governance approvals.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFI/RFP development, vendor evaluations, due diligence, commercial assessments, and approval processes where required.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor teams.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's project governance, SDM, architecture, security, risk, procurement, and delivery processes.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, management reporting, and executive updates.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Support solution rollout, change management, benefits realization, and adoption tracking.
