Job summary

Innova Digital Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Responsible AI and Enterprise AI Platform initiatives within the banking environment. You will drive end-to-end project execution, governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and AI adoption across the organization.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams, manage budgets and procurement, oversee risk and regulatory compliance, and provide executive updates.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, budgeting, funding approvals, procurement, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and enterprise technology projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive project initiation activities, including business case preparation, funding approvals, resource planning, and governance approvals.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate with business, technology, architecture, security, infrastructure, risk, compliance, procurement, and external vendors.
• Manage procurement lifecycle activities including RFI/RFP preparation, vendor evaluations, commercial assessments, and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC, risk management, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management reports and executive-level project updates.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, decision-making, and escalation management.
• Support solution rollout, change management, benefits realization, and user adoption initiatives.

About the Role

• Experience in AI, Generative AI, Responsible AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced, regulated environments.
