Evolution Singapore is seeking an experienced senior programme leader to drive end-to-end Responsible AI and enterprise AI initiatives across the organisation in Singapore. The role requires steering AI platforms, SDLC capabilities, procurement, and governance within a regulated environment.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, while coordinating across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams to realise measurable benefits from AI use cases and platform

Formación

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology and transformation programmes in banking or financial services.
• Strong background in project initiation, business cases, funding approvals, procurement, and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management and delivery controls in regulated environments.
• Experience with Responsible AI, Generative AI, data analytics, cloud or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and Responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, and AI assistants.
• Awareness of prompt engineering, AI use case design, and RPA/Power Automate for process automation.

Descripción del empleo

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Responsible AI and enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee initiatives involving AI platforms, AI Gateway, AI Hub, enterprise platform enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, AI-enabled software development lifecycle (SDLC) capabilities, and AI use case adoption.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Project Initiation & Procurement

• Drive project initiation activities, including business case development, funding proposals, project sizing, resource planning, and governance approvals.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFI/RFP preparation, vendor evaluations, due diligence, commercial assessments, and approval processes.
• Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate decision-making, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
• Provide regular management reports, project updates, and executive presentations.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, SDLC/SDM, architecture, security, risk, procurement, and delivery processes.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery controls within a regulated environment.

Implementation & Change Management

• Support solution rollout, change management, and adoption of AI platforms and capabilities.
• Track benefits realisation and measure adoption of AI use cases and enterprise AI solutions.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology and transformation programmes within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement, vendor management, and delivery governance.
• Good understanding of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.
• Experience in Responsible AI, Generative AI, data and analytics, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and Responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, and AI assistants.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI use case design, and process automation solutions such as RPA and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; experience with JIRA is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI and SQL is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Self-driven and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
