Job summary

encora technologies pte. ltd. is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive end-to-end AI and technology initiatives within a regulated financial services context.

You will own governance, business cases, funding, project sizing, and cross-functional delivery across technology, risk, compliance and procurement. The role demands strong stakeholder management, data analysis capability, and hands-on experience with GenAI platforms, MS Office tools, JIRA, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex technology and transformation programmes within banking/financial services.
• Strong experience in project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, procurement, vendor management, and delivery governance.
• Good knowledge of project governance, SDLC/SDM, risk management, and delivery controls in a regulated environment.
• Experience in Responsible AI, AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with ability to engage business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Self-driven and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Drive pre-approval activities, including business case development, funding proposals, project sizing, resource planning, and governance approvals.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities, including RFI/RFP development, vendor evaluations, due diligence, commercial assessments, and approvals.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and vendor teams.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's project governance, SDM, architecture, security, risk, procurement, and delivery processes.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, management reporting, and executive updates.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Support solution rollout, change management, benefits realization, and adoption tracking.
