Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects from initiation to closure, aligning scope, timelines and budgets with business goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, clients, vendors and cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive delivery milestones and ensure quality outcomes across complex digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Project Delivery / Program Delivery or related role
• Experience managing end-to-end projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams
• Experience with enterprise or large-scale projects is advantageous
• Experience with government/public sector or enterprise environments is a plus
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, delivery and closure
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and success criteria
• Work with business stakeholders, clients, vendors and cross-functional teams
• Gather and understand business requirements and ensure alignment with objectives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and milestones
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Designers and other teams
• Track progress, deliverables, risks and issues
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage scope, priorities, resources and expectations
• Facilitate meetings, status updates and stakeholder discussions
• Ensure delivery within timelines, scope, quality and budget
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and implementation as required
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for smooth delivery
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards and status updates
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and delivery practices
