Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, technically complex infrastructure programme in Singapore. You will work with leaders, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure planning, governance, testing, commissioning, and handover are effectively managed.

The role emphasizes coordination across multiple stakeholders, risk and regulatory compliance, and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong capabilities in project planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and master programmes.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Maintain project documents, registers, and filing structures.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
