Job summary

Turnertownsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale infrastructure development in Singapore. The role requires strong leadership across design, procurement, construction, testing and handover, with coordination across multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, authorities and specialist systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Substantial PM experience delivering large-scale, technically complex building/infrastructure developments.
• End-to-end experience covering design management, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership across the project lifecycle.
• Lead delivery from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and defects period.
• Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholders.
• Chair meetings, provide updates on progress, risks and key decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across architecture, structural, MEP, ICT, security and specialist systems.
• Drive Security-by-Design, resilience and sustainability into the design.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, waivers and compliance.
• Ensure designs are buildable and aligned with scope, budget and schedule.
• Manage procurement, tender, contractor selection and contract administration.
• Lead testing, handover, defects management and statutory inspections.
