Job summary

Exponent Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based specialist in construction and interior fit-outs, seeks a Project Manager to lead projects from design concept through construction to handover. You will manage budgets, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction, coordinating with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (civil/architecture/PM).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing corporate office design and build projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and apply building/safety regulations.
• Proven track record leading multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin ability helpful for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate layout plans, design visuals, 3D drawings and product specs to meet requirements.
• Develop detailed project schedules and prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Draft, negotiate and manage contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Submit plans to local authorities and coordinate building inspections for compliance.
• Organize subcontractors to survey and execute all stages of work per scope and quality.
• Supervise construction teams to deliver quality workmanship across site works.
• Lead site meetings to clarify scope with stakeholders.
• Prepare work schedules, monitor progress and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in preparing tender documentation to support bidding processes.
• Prepare and monitor project costing reports for management approval and budget control.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality workmanship.
• Serve as primary liaison between the company and clients to resolve issues.
