Job summary

Exponent is seeking a construction project professional to lead day-to-day site activities, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with designers, QS, and subcontractors in Singapore. You will drive on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Interior Design/Building/Architecture with at least five years in the industry, strong ownership, and proficient use of MS Word/Excel/Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Building, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related industry.
• Proactive team player but able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/MS Project.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction/interior works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction management and project execution.
• Study drawings and information to understand design and detailing.
• Review documents required by the project (BOQ, method statements, etc).
• Establish project execution plan with the Project Manager.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality.
• Coordinate with Designer, Quantity Surveyor and sub-contractors.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and report site status and issues.
• Manage HSE checks, reports and incidents on site.
• Support completion and snagging processes with client and consultants.
