We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and motivated Senior Management to lead and oversee the overall operations and business development of our construction company.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Oversee and manage all construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget control.
• 2. Develop project strategies, plans, and schedules to achieve company objectives.
• 3. Supervise project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project operations.
• 4. Ensure compliance with Singapore’s construction regulations, safety standards, and BCA requirements.
• 5. Manage client relationships, subcontractors, and suppliers, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• - Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• - To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• - Overseeing all technical matters, attending clients and consultants meetings and coordination of construction works.
• - Planning and sequencing of the construction operations works according to the master and detailed work construction programs.
• - Co-ordinate the site operations with sub-con and supplier.
• - Liaise with client, consultants and authorities on resolving technical issues, monitor site progress against target.
• - Plan, procure, monitor and Control of resources, such as manpower, machineries and material to execute site works within time and cost.
• - Lead coordination meeting with Site Manager, Site Engineers & Sub contractors.
• - Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment, aiming for zero accident and near miss.
• - Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
• - To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
• - Drive project timelines by planning and coordinating on-site and off-site construction schedules.
• - Track and report progress across all stages—keeping teams, clients, and consultants in the loop.
• - Review drawings (civil, structural, architectural, M&E) to ensure everything lines up with project goals.
• - Monitor site activities closely and produce daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
• - Champion a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• - Lead daily toolbox meetings and coordinate tasks with supervisors and safety teams.
• - Liaise with REs and RTOs for inspections, and represent the team in client and safety meetings.
• - Prepare and manage key submissions—RFIs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, SWPs, drawings, and more.
• - Keep project documentation organized and audit-ready for ISO standards.

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure and civil engineering projects is much preferred. Fresh graduates with site experience and a go-getter, entrepreneurial mindset may also be considered.
• Relevant project experiences in civil engineering, deep excavation, pipe jacking operation and water main construction will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
• Experience assisting in variable projects from time-to-time.
• Own vehicle will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
