Job summary

Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager (Building Projects) to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities. Based at Central locations, the role involves managing timelines, costs, quality, and safety across potentially multiple sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 7+ years of construction experience, preferably with a main contractor, and proficient use of MS Office and project management

Qualifications

• At least degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Familiarity with construction quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.
• Proficient in MS Office & Project Management software.

Responsibilities

• To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team.
• Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance.
• Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
