ABB is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ICSS projects for large, complex E-House, Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind initiatives with international clients. You will drive execution planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring adherence to ABB standards, safety, and contractual commitments.
The role involves leading diverse teams, coordinating with engineering and supply chain, and supporting tendering activities to win and deliver high-impact projects globally.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead ICSS (Integrated Control and Safety Systems) projects for the execution of medium to large size and complex E-House, Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects with international clients. You will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB’s policy, framework, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification. Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Defining, jointly with Project Controller, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans according to ABB management Framework.
You are highly skilled in handling project teams and ability to engage and motivate people of different cultures. Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in other functions like Engineering, supply chain management along with strong project management skills. Possess an enhanced knowledge in handling complex E-house, Electrifications and Automation projects within Oil and Gas, Offshore, FPSO, etc. Degree in Engineering with around 15 years or more of project management experience in Automation Field. You are at ease communicating in English and has good collaboration and presentation skills.
