Qualifications

• Experience in A&A, R&R and structural steel projects.
• Experience liaising with Town Council or authorities.
• Strong leadership and organizing skills.
• Hands-on, able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects to meet quality and timeframes.
• Ensure safety compliance and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate between project teams and client/authorities.
• Review staffing and allocate resources.
• Manage budget and aim for target profit margins.
• Lead tender processes and provide technical inputs.
