HING FATT BUILDING & MATERIALS PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan and drive complex construction projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while meeting performance indicators. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, monitor budgets, and act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, consultants and authorities; you will also push innovation, pre-casting and technology adoption.

Qualifications

Experience in A&A, R&R and Structural Steel.
Experience liaising with Town Council.
Strong leadership and organizing skills.
Hands-on and able to work independently.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute projects to meet quality and timeframe targets.
Ensure safety compliance; redesign workflows to mitigate risks.
Main liaison between project teams, clients, consultants and authorities.
Review staffing requirements and allocate resources to project phases.
Manage budget to achieve target profit margin.
Implement contract and claim management to increase margins and limit liability.
Formulate awards strategy independently.
Lead tender process and provide technical inputs for new jobs.
Drive technology adoption, innovation and pre-casting initiatives.
Identify staff for succession planning.
