Job summary

XIN CHENG SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across multiple sites in Singapore. You will oversee planning, budgeting, tender preparation, and contract administration to ensure delivery to high standards and profitability.

You will coordinate site teams, manage cash flow, and monitor progress while keeping clients informed of risks and opportunities for new business prospects. Experience in A&A for industrial/commercial projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Singapore-based experience.
• Experience in A&A for Industrial/Commercial projects a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management, planning and control.
• Manage site work including cash flow planning, costing, and progress.
• Draft contracts, analyze bids, and award tenders.
