Job summary

Razer in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of consumer electronics, coordinating hardware, software, packaging, testing, safety, and supply chain.

You will drive project plans, manage cross-functional teams, ensure deadlines, optimize processes, and travel as required to factories and partners to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in project management, product development or engineering.
• Experience in consumer electronics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and lead new product development for consumer electronics.
• Manage hardware development, software development, packing design, testing, safety regulation and supply chain.
• Lead project planning, track progress and adapt work as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, overseeing and leading new product development (consumer electronics – computer & mobile accessories) delivered on time to the agreed quality standard and cost
• Responsible for the entire product development cycle, until it reaches the market, including hardware development, software development, packing design, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain
• Leading project planning sessions, managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines, overseeing cost & all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Conducting project review, optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

Pre-Requisites

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or other related discipline
• Minimum 8 years project management experience in project manager, product development or engineering
• Experience within the consumer electronics industry would be advantageous
• Experience in working with manufactures, supplier and external resources to achieve project goals
• Self-starter who has shown track records in delivering phenomenal products to the market
• Experience and good knowledge in hardware development, packing design, software development, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast paced environment independently and as a team
• Willing to travel for business
• Preferably with related experience in consumer electronics industry
