Job summary

l e construction & engineering pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and supervision of civil construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with Building Control Act and coordinate site activities with stakeholders.

The role requires strong English communication, at least 5 years in project management, and a hands-on, self-motivated approach. 5.5 days workweek and driver license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Project Management experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Construction Safety Course.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall execution and construction of the ERSS competently.
• Ensure compliance with Building Control Act requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor projects.
• Attend site meetings and resolve issues.
• Respond to email correspondence and claims within timelines.
• Oversee a team of Project Managers.

Responsibilities :-

• Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act.
• Co-ordinate and monitor projects
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
• Resolve problems arising at sites and attend site meetings
• Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines
• Oversee a team of Project Managers

Requirements :-

• Possess basic Degree in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) &
• Construction Safety Course.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Management experience is desired.
• Good command in both written & spoken in English.
• Self-motivated and committed to works.
• 5.5 days week.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
