Job summary

SING LEE CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Operations Executive to support ERSS projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations, timely completion and efficient resource use. The role requires 2–5 years in construction project operations, a civil/ Construction Management background, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction project operations.
• Able to communicate effectively with site teams, clients and external parties.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project operations and site activities for ERSS works.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, equipment usage, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for timely delivery and site support.
• Assist in planning work schedules and resource allocation.
• Track project milestones and highlight potential delays or operational issues.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors on operational matters.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and records are properly maintained.
• Support project teams in resolving site coordination issues.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and workflow.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Operations Executive to support the execution and coordination of our Earth Retaining and Stabilising Structure (ERSS) projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project operations, timely completion, and effective resource coordination.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.

Skills Advantage

• Experience with ERSS systems such as sheet piles, diaphragm walls, bored piles, strutting, and excavation works.
• Familiar with construction project documentation and site coordination.
• Experience working with main contractors and consultants.
