Job summary

ISS Facility Services Private Limited seeks a Capital Projects Manager in Singapore to lead delivery of capital projects and MAC, aligning resources, governance and risk controls to drive growth with existing clients.

You will perform site surveys, develop proposals and quotations, manage end-to-end delivery, lead the mobile technical team supporting facilities management, and nurture relationships with key account managers and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction/Engineering or Built Environment.
• 5+ years in a managerial role within building projects/FM.
• Experience managing SGD 1m+ projects and tender documents.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects in Singapore.
• Attend site surveys, prepare proposals and client quotations.
• End-to-end project management from risk assessment to delivery model.
• Manage mobile technical team supporting facilities management operations.
• Maintain relationships with key account managers and client representatives.
• Any other duties assigned by senior management.

General Job Overview

• Implementing and sustaining a high standard of project delivery to enhance ISS's position within the project market leading to growth within Singapore for existing Customers
• Responsibility for the tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and MAC across Singapore
• Specifically developing and delivering Projects; managing resource, Commercial Governance & Practices, Compliance & Risk, developing and management of the supply chain strategy
• Support in facility management services delivery within Office environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and to organically grow Projects within Singapore existing customers.
• Attend site survey to understand project requirements and develop the corresponding proposal and quotation to clients
• End to end project management process from project risk assessment documentation, development of the delivery model & management of resources across Projects till completion of the projects.
• Management of the Mobile technical team to provide support to facilities management operations
• Develop & Maintain Relationships with the Key account managers and client’s representatives.
• Any other duties assigned by senior management team.

Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of degree or equivalent standard in Construction, Engineering or Built Environment discipline. A recognized qualification in project management (Prince 2, APMP, PMP etc) will be an advantage
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience operating at a Manager Level within the building project and FM industry, preferably in the banking sector / corporate environments / commercial offices.
• Experience in managing projects to a value of SGD$1m or above, managing Health & Safety compliance and estimating project costs, and presenting high-quality tender documents to customers
• Well versed in Microsoft Office suite including MS Project and other project management software
