Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field.
• PM qualifications (Prince2, APMP, PMP) and a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within construction, engineering or FM industries.
• Proven ability to manage projects of SGD 3 million or more.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Target-oriented with focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Safety-focused mindset with a track record of zero Health and Safety incidents.
• Commitment to maintaining excellence in operational, financial, and safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Capital Projects and MAC initiatives in Singapore, ensuring alignment with ISS Global Blueprint.
• Develop and sustain relationships with internal teams, key accounts and external customers.
• Drive organic growth of Projects within Singapore through exceptional project execution.
• Oversee P&L accountability and resource management across projects.
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance, risk management, and Health & Safety standards.
• Lead the supply chain strategy and implement best practices for high-quality service delivery.
• Champion high standards of project performance
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance in operational, commercial, and safety domains

About the Role
