Job summary

Frasers Property Singapore Corporate Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects within approved budgets and schedules, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will lead diverse teams, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on site. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and meticulous documentation for approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience in property development or construction.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal & visual).
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and ensure alignment with cost, time and quality targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and approve project plans.
• Prepare and submit project documents for regulatory approvals.
• Oversee safety, sustainability and compliance with WSH policies.
• Manage site meetings and progress reporting to stakeholders.
