Job summary

SHIVAS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee property development and construction projects from planning and design through to completion and handover.

The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities, monitoring progress, budget, quality, and schedules, and ensuring compliance with Singapore building regulations and safety requirements. Regular progress reports will be provided to senior management.

• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline and quality standards.
