Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and coordinate project teams across architectural, M&E, civil/structural disciplines. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to authority submissions and handover, ensuring alignment with school operating hours and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration across architectural, M&E, civil/structural inputs.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and FM teams.
• Knowledge of submission processes for building plans and authority approvals.
• Ability to manage programme risks, cost implications and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver improvement, A&A and related services.
• Develop briefs, scopes of work, feasibility studies, timelines and cost estimates for approvals.
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to close-out, including procurement, authority submissions and handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and ensure compliance with requirements, safety standards and school operating hours.
