Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Project Lead to drive the project management team through execution from initiation to completion, oversee vendors, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage progress reports for leadership, and integrate sustainable practices into delivery while aligning with client requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Familiar with building plans submission and authorities' approvals.
• Membership with professional bodies (e.g., SPMS, IES) or equivalent.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Lead, you be responsible for leading the project management team. This includes but not limited to project execution, managing vendors, preparing project schedules/timelines and budgeting.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore; Institution of Engineers Singapore; or other equivalent qualifications.
• Familiar with submission process of building plans for the relevant Authorities’ approval.
