Qualifications

6+ years of experience in deal execution, portfolio management, credit risk management and/or infrastructure advisory.
Experience in transaction structuring, due diligence and financial modeling.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Lead deal execution, financial modeling, comprehensive risk analysis, and due diligence for complex regional transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments and external legal/advisory partners to streamline transaction workflows.
Prepare credit proposals, term sheets, and pitch materials while guiding transactions through internal risk approvals.
Oversee active portfolio management to identify stresses early and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Engage directly with corporate clients to manage relationships and deliver tailored funding solutions.
