Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&A advisory professional to lead and coordinate end-to-end transaction processes in Singapore. You will prepare client materials, gather information, and draft documentation for deals.

You will partner with internal teams, clients, and external advisors to drive deal execution, build financial models, and present findings. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to manage multiple parties and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in M&A advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of M&A processes, transactions and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven team player with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate comprehensive M&A transaction processes, including the preparation of client materials, information collection, and drafting of documentation.
• Act as the primary point of coordination among internal teams, clients, and external advisors to ensure efficient transaction execution.
• Support deal execution through conducting financial analysis, developing valuation models, and preparing presentation materials.
• Manage stakeholder communications and foster strong client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee meetings, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment among all parties involved.
