Job summary

A Life by Design is seeking a Senior Finance Executive in Singapore to lead core finance operations for a project-based business. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to report across multiple projects.

You will work with management and project teams to improve financial reporting, controls, and visibility while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented in a fast-growing SME environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of accounting/finance experience in a project-based business.
• Hands-on finance professional capable of managing day-to-day financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain accurate records and reconciliations, using Xero.
• Prepare and issue client invoices, including milestones and variations.
• Track collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Manage supplier invoices, payment schedules and payments.
• Allocate costs to the correct project and maintain project P&Ls and profitability reporting.
