Job summary

Idbox (S) Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Project Executive to oversee project execution, coordinating between internal teams, contractors and clients to ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety standards.

The role involves interpreting design drawings, guiding site activities, and supporting tendering for new consultancy projects, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant local working experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or related discipline preferred.
• Able to interpret architectural and interior design plans and drawings.
• Familiar with building, construction and workplace safety regulations.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Highly self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery by site teams and contractors.
• Coordinate and follow up closely with contractors, subcontractors, site teams and building management.
• Identify project issues and recommend practical solutions and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with Design, QS and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in the preparation and tendering of new consultancy projects.
• Ensure all site works and personnel comply with workplace safety requirements and regulations.
• Monitor project quality, progress and site activities against approved plans.
• Interpret and review interior design and architectural drawings and plans.
• Manage project handovers upon completion and follow up with clients on outstanding matters.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Travel overseas when required for project-related activities.
• Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are looking for a Senior Project Executive to join our team and oversee the smooth execution and timely completion of our projects. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, contractors,subcontractors, clients and building management to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery and completion by site teams and contractors.


• Coordinate and follow up closely with contractors, subcontractors, site teams and building management.


• Identify project issues and recommend practical solutions and areas for improvement.


• Coordinate closely with the in-house Design, Quantity Surveying (QS) and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Assist in the preparation and tendering of new consultancy projects.


• Ensure all site works and personnel comply with relevant workplace safety requirements and regulations.


• Monitor project quality, progress and site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans and requirements.


• Interpret and review interior design and architectural drawings and plans.

Requirements
