Job summary

SIPM Consultants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of construction projects.

You will oversee site planning, logistics, access, hoarding and crane requirements to ensure smooth project execution. You will monitor programmes, progress, quality and site activities while liaising with clients, contractors and authorities. Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, civil/structural or related engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project coordination and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience commensurate with qualifications; role level to match credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall project management and delivery of projects.
• Oversee site planning, logistics, access, hoarding, crane requirements and construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project programmes, work progress, quality and site activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders on technical submissions, queries and project matters.
• Review contractors’ progress claims, Variation Orders (VOs) and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, mock-ups, sample works, handover and other project activities, where applicable.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant statutory, safety, health, environmental and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, contractors and other appointed personnel to ensure effective project execution.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, specialists and stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Monitor and follow up on project risks, outstanding matters and required corrective actions.
• Maintain proper project documentation, records and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
