Job summary

UES Holdings PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to lead process and mechanical design for water and wastewater plants. You will develop mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs and equipment layouts, coordinating with BIM and other disciplines through design, installation and commissioning stages.

The candidate will review vendor proposals, prepare client submissions and manage suppliers to meet project timelines, while ensuring adherence to Singapore codes and strong communication across

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years' process/mechanical design experience in water/wastewater.
• Senior role requires at least 8 years.
• Familiar with Singapore codes and practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Navisworks and Bentley View a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform process/mechanical design for water/wastewater plants including mass balance, PFD, P&ID, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with BIM team and other disciplines for design, installation and testing.
• Review vendor proposals during procurement and detailed design.
• Prepare submissions to consultants/clients per project schedule.
• Manage equipment suppliers/subcontractors to meet design and test timelines.
• Support testing and commissioning activities.
