Job summary

bureau veritas buildings & infrastructure pte. ltd. is seeking a senior project/engineering coordinator to lead C&S, M&E, or QA/QC activities across delivery stages.

You will review drawings, manage risks, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include BIM/EDMS reviews, Primavera P6 monitoring, data-driven reporting, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related discipline recognized by PE B Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale building and infra construction.
• Experience across Civil/Structural/Geotechnical/Mechanical/Electrical or QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, or QA/QC activities through project execution.
• Support planning, scheduling, and engineering coordination to meet objectives.
• Review drawings, specifications, submissions, RFIs/RFAs, and related documents.
• Monitor progress and identify technical, quality, and coordination risks.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support in reinforced concrete, precast, structural steelwork, and composite construction.
• Analyse project information from CDE, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify risks and opportunities.
• Review BIM models and digital project information for design coordination and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards; participate in stakeholder meetings.
