Job summary

BUREAU VERITAS BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced civil/structural engineer to lead project execution from construction through handover. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients, review technical submissions, monitor progress, and mitigate risks using BIM, CDE, and Primavera P6.

The role demands a PE Board Singapore-recognized degree and 15+ years in large-scale projects with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, PE Board Singapore recognition.
15+ years of large-scale building/infrastructure project experience.
Experience with Civil/Structural/Geotechnical/Mechanical/Electrical works and handover.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil and structural works from execution to handover.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, clients and stakeholders.
Review drawings, specs, submissions, RFIs/RFAs and project docs.
Monitor progress and identify technical, coordination and delivery risks.
Provide expertise in reinforced concrete, precast, steel, and composite construction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and construction issues.
Analyse data from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6 to support decisions and risk mitigation.
Review BIM models and ensure design coordination and constructability.
Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Support reporting and prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety, and quality procedures.
