Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management discipline.
• Fifteen years’ experience in design, construction or project management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to deliver complex projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers to maximise performance.
• Establish reporting, communication and governance; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior staff across projects.
