You will define project scope, develop detailed schedules, and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and on-site staff to ensure milestones are met. Responsibilities include budgeting and cost control, regulatory compliance, procurement, and clear reporting. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of construction methods, and excellent communication to manage risks

Qualifications

• Experience in defining project scope and creating schedules.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost controls.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety standards.
• Proven procurement and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Strong communication and reporting capabilities.
• Experience resolving on-site issues and delays.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and develop detailed site schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage the project budget to prevent overruns.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors.
