Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee document control and coordination for major fit-out projects within the hospitality environment. You will manage DMS systems, ensure comprehensive documentation, and support the PM team with reporting and governance.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, maintaining the Project Execution Plan, and supervising contractor teams to meet high visual and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering-related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience on major fit-out/building projects.
• Experience in hospitality or live environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Document Management System (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) to ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence are logged, tracked, distributed, and archived.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including registers for submissions, RFIs, shop drawings, material samples, RINs, and approvals.
• Compile and format project reports, presentations, and tender documentation for the PM team.
• Monitor and track progress and development of all related project deliverables through stages.
• Plan and coordinate contractor logistics, including booking loading bays, cargo lifts, and delivery routes; ensure off-peak night-hour windows to minimize impact.
• Assist in preparing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Execution Plan (PEP) in line with policies and processes.
• Supervise contractor teams; provide guidance, support, and motivation.
• Assist in reporting progress to senior management via meetings or written reports.
