Job summary

StaffKing Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead to oversee planning, scheduling, cost control and progress reporting across the project lifecycle.

You will manage risk, change control, and Earned Value, collaborating with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery. 8–10 years of experience in construction/infrastructure is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project controls experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement and reporting.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Earned Value Management, risk management and change control is preferred.
• Experience in digital engineering and construction delivery environments with analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risk, expenditure and change control, ensuring project activities remain aligned with contractual and financial requirements.
• Monitor and report Earned Value (EV) across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.

• Ensure project controls and reporting support timely, cost-effective and compliant project delivery.
