The role offers exposure to long-term contract accounting and growth within a dynamic, expanding business. Responsibilities include full-set accounting, month-end closes, POC revenue recognition, project cost tracking, budgeting, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience including exposure to POC / contract accounting.
• Background in project-based industries such as construction, engineering, infrastructure, or energy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts including general ledger, bank reconciliations, and accruals.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist revenue recognition for long-term contracts using POC per IFRS 15 / SFRS(I) 15.
• Track project costs, maintain WIP schedules, and prepare project profitability reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather cost data and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasts, and monthly management reports.
• Support statutory audits, GST filings, and tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
