Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with ERP, data platforms, or BI tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine reconciliations across revenue, general ledger, balance sheet accounts, and system-to-source data.
• Prepare and post manual journal entries for adjustments, reclassifications, and corrections.
• Investigate, track, and document reconciliation variances, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the preparation of inputs for management and financial reporting.
• Assist with variance analysis and month-end close activities.
• Maintain and update accounting policies, data mappings, and end-to-end process flows.
