Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in programme management within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
• Experience leading enterprise-level or cross-functional transformation programmes through implementation, adoption, and benefits realisation.
• Ability to manage portfolios of interdependent initiatives and shape roadmaps across multiple business areas.
• Translate complex analysis into practical decisions, prioritised actions and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with process mining and analytics tools, such as Celonis or Python.
• Experience engaging senior executives and presenting effectively at governance forums.
• MBA/PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programmes from planning to benefits realisation.
• Establish programme objectives, governance, milestones, dependencies, resourcing and success metrics.
• Design and implement target-state processes, operating models and controls.
• Hold workstream owners and partners accountable for milestones and outcomes.
• Build relationships across businesses, functions, technology, risk, and operations.
• Represent transformation initiatives at senior governance forums with the CEO.
• Provide concise status updates on progress, benefits, risks and decisions.
• Influence stakeholders with clear recommendations and strategic judgement.
