Job description

About TalentTrust

TalentTrust is an award winning IPC registered charity that exists to strengthen Singapore non‑profits and their impact through skills‑based volunteering. Since 2014, we have bridged the corporate and non‑profit sectors by mobilising skilled volunteers to help build the capabilities of non‑profit leaders and their organisations so these critical organisations can excel in the delivery of their missions.

At TalentTrust, our unique strength is collaboration. We bring together senior business professionals, non‑profit leaders, and corporates to deliver a variety of capacity building programmes that help non‑profits to upskill and scale.

In 2023, TalentTrust was recognised with the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Award in 2023 as an Organisation of Good (Non‑profit category).

As we enter a new phase of growth, we're seeking collaborative and strategic Programme Managers to shape and deliver high impact programmes that build non‑profit capacity and elevate corporate volunteering.

Responsibilities

As part of our small, dynamic team, you will play a critical role in bringing TalentTrust’s mission to life for all of our stakeholders including our volunteer, non‑profit, corporate and ecosystem partners.

Working closely with, and reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will be responsible for:

  • Successful development, implementation, and facilitation of corporate volunteering and non‑profit capability building programmes such as training workshops, masterclasses, etc.
  • Conceptualise and design bespoke programmes for corporate and foundation clients, translating their strategic requirements into customised, scalable programme strategies.
  • End‑to‑end programme delivery, from scoping and planning to facilitation and stakeholder engagement — ensuring a high‑quality experience and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Project management of TalenTrust’s flagship Accelerator programme for non‑profits - including monthly meeting scheduling, agenda planning, facilitation, note taking and follow up.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with senior volunteers, corporates, non‑profits, foundations, and government partners.
  • Assist with outreach and recruitment of non‑profit partners to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of TalentTrust’s impact through the collection of data and follow up with non‑profits and corporate partners.
  • Actively contribute to TalentTrust’s fundraising and volunteer appreciation events.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience with an understanding of both corporate and non‑profit landscapes.
  • Recognised degree relating to business, social sciences or related disciplines.
  • Expertise in programmatic design and design thinking methodologies for complex multi‑phase initiatives.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with a proven ability to run multiple projects from idea stage through to execution.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with solid experience engaging corporates, non‑profits, foundations, and government partners.
  • Excellent facilitation and workshop delivery skills with the ability to lead and manage a room of C‑suite business leaders.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated and results‑oriented person with the ability to multi‑task, prioritise and meet multiple deadlines to a high standard.
  • A strong team player, who works collaboratively across teams to achieve shared goals and drive impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write and communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to balance high level strategic perspective while ensuring attention to operational detail.
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and generative AI (e.g. Gemini).
