Job description

We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting women and girls in Singapore. Our work centres on two core areas: promoting online safety and challenging traditional gender norms in Singaporean society. Through our programmes and engagements, we aim to create safer digital spaces and open up conversations about gender that make room for more possibilities, for individuals, families, and communities.

About the Role

We are hiring a Programmes Manager to join our team and manage the design, strategy, project management, and facilitation of our core workstreams. You will report directly to the Engagements Lead and take ownership of SHE's signature engagements that sit at the intersection of online safety and gender norms, working closely with community members, partners, and stakeholders to bring these programmes to life.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply process-oriented, enjoys the craft of incrementally building and refining programmes, and has a natural ability to connect with people — from participants to funders to community partners.

What You'll Do

Programme Design & Strategy (Work closely with Lead)

• Design and evaluate design programme frameworks and curricula that align with our mission and values
• Develop strategic plans for your workstreams, including goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Continuously iterate on programme design based on participant feedback, outcomes data, and emerging needs in the community

Project Management

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, from planning through execution and evaluation
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure programmes are delivered on time and within scope
• Build and maintain clear, well-documented processes that make programmes easy to run, replicate, and hand over
• Track and report on programme outcomes and impact

Facilitation & Relationship Building

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community engagements with warmth, confidence, and cultural sensitivity
• Build and nurture relationships with participants, community partners, schools, corporate partners, and other stakeholders
• Represent the organisation at external events, partnerships, and community touchpoints
• Act as a trusted point of contact for programme participants and partners

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Lead and the relevant departments to align on priorities and share learnings across workstreams
• Collaborate with communications, fundraising, or operations colleagues as needed to support programme delivery

• Comfortable facilitating groups and holding space for sensitive or challenging conversations
• Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with youth groups
• Familiarity with online safety, digital literacy, or child/youth protection issues
• Experience working with schools, government agencies, or corporate CSR partners in Singapore
