Certis is seeking a candidate to manage end-to-end application development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role involves coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deliver secure software solutions aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in application development, familiarity with PM methodologies and SDLC, and knowledge of web and mobile programming languages.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor’s in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• 3–6 years in application development with coding knowledge.
• Familiarity with project management methodology and SDLC.
• Familiarity with web and mobile programming languages.

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of projects and programmes assigned throughout its lifecycle and ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deliver secure applications and solutions.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues, seeking continuous improvement.
• Represent system owners in technical matters and ensure systems remain robust and compliant.
• Explain technical aspects of systems to non-technical audiences and partners.
• Collaborate with Ops-Tech and other initiatives to address business needs.
• Provide technical support and expertise on projects as needed.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by reporting officer.
