Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own complex technology transformation initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, hosting and enterprise technology services. The role requires steering multiple stakeholders through delivery, balancing risk, cost and schedule while driving execution with pragmatic leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex enterprise technology programmes.
• Strong practical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud environments such as AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interconnected workstreams with milestones, dependencies, risks and priorities.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and ability to influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-workstream technology programmes end-to-end from business case through delivery and benefits realisation.
• Establish programme control across milestones, dependencies, risks and budgets with clear visibility for leadership.
• Lead and orchestrate project managers, architects, engineers, SMEs, vendors and stakeholders to operate as a single programme.
• Partner with infrastructure and technology teams to challenge solutions and resolve delivery constraints.
• Navigate competing priorities and drive decisions, escalations and executive alignment.
