Job summary

NPI Solutions (Singapore) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a Senior Program Executive to lead the team and drive complex manufacturing programs to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

You will own program planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and ensure disciplined execution across production, materials, and capacity, while acting as the main point of contact for clients and management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in manufacturing or operations; at least 3 years in program or project management; senior level with 5–8 years.
  • Experience managing complex, high mix/low volume or high-volume manufacturing programs.
  • PMP / PgMP / ScrumMaster certifications are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with FA, PPAP, RMA, ECN processes.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate program and production activities to ensure on-time delivery and budget targets.
  • Translate customer demand into executable production plans and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Maintain program trackers, dashboards, budgets, and change requests.
  • Escalate issues with impact analysis and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory, hedging, and cost reporting related to programs.
  • Facilitate reviews and daily/weekly build meetings with stakeholders.

Job description

Summary:

The Senior Program Executive is accountable for leading the team and executing complex manufacturing programs to meet customer delivery, quality, and cost objectives. This role owns program planning, drives cross‑functional alignment, manages risks, and ensures disciplined execution across production, materials, and capacity.

The incumbent acts as a key interface between operations and management, providing clear direction, escalation, and recovery actions where required.

Key Duties and responsibilities included

Program & Production Coordination - Leading and support the team

  • Support end‑to‑end program execution from planning to delivery.
  • Translate customer demand and business priorities into executable production plans.
  • Track progress, Build Status. Output against Planning.
  • Monitor CTB (Clear‑to‑Build) status and material readiness.
  • Drive adherence to program milestones and delivery commitments.
  • Handling all customer inquiries, including preparing cost estimates & quotations (Inclusive of Engineering Change, RMA Queries, Commercial and Sales related matters).
Stakeholder & Customer Co-ordination
  • Liaise with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams.
  • Reviewing Build Plan weekly and frequently with Program Planner.
  • Chair program reviews, daily/weekly build meetings, and escalation forums as required.
  • Communicate program priorities, changes, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication to resolve issues related to capacity, supply chain disruptions, or Quality concerns, and Engineering Change Notice
  • Support alignment between demand, capacity, and material availability.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, trade‑offs, and recovery plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding program updates and requirements.
Customer Costing Responsibilities
  • Reviewing costings received from quoters
  • Calculating Cancellation / Exposure charge in the event of cancellation request.
  • To work out Customer’s Hedge and LTB Buy.
Reporting & Tracking
  • Maintain accurate program trackers, dashboards, and reports. Manage program budgets, cost targets, and change requests.
  • Monitor shortages, constraints, and risks; elevate issues promptly.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports & KPI data updates for management review.
Issue Management
  • Actively Identify production or material bottlenecks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Escalate critical issues with clear impact analysis and recommended actions.Support recovery actions to meet output and delivery targets
  • Follow up on corrective actions and closure of issues.
Managing E&O Inventory
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify excess and obsolete stock, particularly following Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and determine the associated costs for customer chargebacks.
  • Establish KPI and report to track E&O with corrective actions.
  • Drive accountability for inventory write-offs and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
Hedging
  • Planning and execute hedging program and strategies to protect market volatility and to minimize shipment OTD failure.
  • Collaborating with procurement teams to align hedging activities
Process Improvement
  • Support Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Contribute to standard work, SOPs, and best practices in program management.
  • Mentor junior program executives and support capability building within the team. (for Senior Level)
Other Duties
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing or operations, with at least 3 years in a program or project management role. Senior level with 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, program management, or production planning.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high mix, low volume or high-volume manufacturing program.
  • PMP / PgMP / ScrumMaster Certification are considered an advantage & beneficial
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality systems like FA (First Article), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), ECN (Engineering Change Notice)
  • Must be a Tam Player. Good understanding of manufacturing workflows and production planning. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, structured, and proactive, Continuous improvement mindset. Sense of urgency and adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to read, write, and speak English and Mandarin fluently. Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement
