Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Program Executive/Engineer to lead and coordinate manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, ensuring customer requirements, quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.

The role involves cross-functional coordination, production planning, cost estimates, risk management, inventory control, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will mentor junior staff and drive program performance across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations experience, with at least 3 years in program/project management.
• Prefer electronics manufacturing industry experience or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery.
• Translate customer demand into executable production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Review build plans, chair program reviews and escalation forums.
• Mentor junior program executives and support capability building.
