Job summary

Barrington James seeks a Senior Production Planner for a multinational healthcare manufacturer in Singapore. You will own production planning and scheduling, drive inventory optimisation, and manage ERP parameters to align with business goals.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Customer Service to improve output, service levels and inventory performance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP planning systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling activities.
• Drive inventory optimisation across finished goods and sub-assemblies.
• Manage planning parameters within Oracle, SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Monitor planning KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Enhance planning efficiency through data-driven decision making.
