Job summary

MURATA ELECTRONICS SINGAPORE (PTE) LTD is seeking a Production Control professional to collaborate with various manufacturing groups to define requirements and propose effective solutions. This role studies external factors to enhance production control, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing, with strong analytical and change-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related engineering/management field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or similar industry.
• Specialized knowledge in production control needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand overseas production control operations and floor-level topics.
• Study impact from external factors on planning, forecast, and customer data analysis.
• Explore business process optimization by adopting success stories from other units.
• Promote innovation within the organization.
• Identify problematic areas and propose technical solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with business reps to define requirements and design solutions.
